02

Trademark-ready unique logo

This is the first step in shaping a visual identity that stands out in the market. I create a unique brand mark based on your business philosophy, story and values. Every decision is guided by your target client, so the brand is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also speaks their language and builds an emotional connection.

A clearly defined and strategically crafted brand mark gives you the opportunity to protect and trademark it, ensuring long‑term value and consistent recognition. This service is ideal for companies as well as personal brands.

03

Cohesive business visual identity

The second step is developing a consistent visual identity that is applied across all design materials: business cards, letterheads, brochures, social media graphics, car livery, website design, conference materials and more.

In this process it’s important to follow brand guidelines – maintaining colours, typefaces, composition and graphic elements. This ensures that every part of your brand, regardless of format, looks unified and strengthens the same story, helping to build a strong and trustworthy image.

FAQ

A custom logo is a long‑term investment that helps build a sustainable, distinctive, visible and recognisable brand, tailored to your business needs. A template logo is a faster and cheaper solution, but in the long run it’s usually more limited and less effective.

Creative process – how business needs are reflected

  • Custom logo – Created around your specific business: its philosophy, values, story and target audience. The process starts with a detailed brief and market research, and only then moves into design. This ensures the logo truly reflects the business, adapts to the market and attracts the right clients.
  • Template logo – Usually based on generic, universal symbols that don’t take your values or uniqueness into account, so they may not fit your business or ideal client. The creative process is simplified.

Symbolism and meaning – how uniqueness is expressed

  • Custom logo – Every element (symbol, colour, typeface, line, shape) has a clear meaning related to the business – it can communicate the mission, vision, values or target audience. Each logo is original, helping the brand stand out and become memorable.
  • Template logo – Usually lacks deeper meaning and is created for broad use, not for one specific business. Because the same symbols and layouts can be used by many companies, the risk of looking similar or almost identical to others is high, which weakens distinctiveness and recognition.

Legal protection – different levels of security

  • Custom logo – Can be registered and legally protected against plagiarism. This gives the business a legal basis to defend its brand.
  • Template logo – Often cannot be registered, because it’s not original enough or is already widely used by others.
  1. Standing out in the market
A unique brand helps you clearly differentiate from competitors and be easier to remember, because it’s not based on templates.

    Credibility and professionalism
A consistent, systematically used visual style ensures your brand looks the same across all touchpoints – website, social media, print materials such as business cards and leaflets. This builds the impression of a professional, reliable business and increases client trust.

    Greater recognition
When people repeatedly see the same visual identity, they recognise and associate it with your brand more quickly. Keeping colours, fonts, logo usage and graphic rules consistent over time helps you attract the right audience more easily.

    Emotional connection with clients
A unique brand reflects your values, philosophy and story, helping to create that “good feeling” that makes clients want to come back. This emotional bond supports long‑term loyalty.

    Legal protection
A unique logo can be registered, giving you legal protection against plagiarism and disputes about usage. This creates security for future design and marketing work.

    Efficiency and cost savings
With a clear brand and style guide, it’s much faster and easier to create new materials while keeping everything consistent. You don’t reinvent the wheel each time – you build on the existing style, strengthening recognition and reputation.

    Simplified collaboration
A defined brand and visual identity make collaboration with designers, marketers, photographers and other specialists much smoother. Everyone works in the same direction, following the same guidelines, which reduces misunderstandings.

    Long‑term business value
A strong, consistent brand and identity support not only short‑term goals but also long‑term business value, reputation and perceived quality.

Typically, brand creation takes about 6–8 weeks, depending on the pace of collaboration and how quickly feedback is provided.

The timing for identity design depends heavily on scope – it may be a simple refresh of the visual style or a broader project covering catalogues, exhibition stands, vehicle livery, website design and other assets. Each project is individual, so the final deadline depends on its specifics and your needs.

Main stages of brand and identity creation:

  1. Analysis and needs assessment
You fill in a detailed brief, based on which market and competitor research is carried out. We review your current logo and identity, business goals, audience and context. This helps decide whether a refresh is enough or a full rebrand is needed.

  2. Strategy and logo concepts
After around two weeks, you receive 3–5 logo concepts, each representing a different direction for the brand. You choose one, which is then refined based on your feedback.

  3. Refinements and brand guidelines
Once the preferred concept is selected, corrections are made within 7 calendar days (or as agreed). After the final logo is approved, a brand usage guide is created – covering logo specifications, colours, typography, rules and a moodboard.

  4. Identity elements
With the logo and guidelines in place, we design other identity elements such as business cards, letterheads, catalogues, banners, vehicle graphics, website design and other visuals. All work follows the brand guide to keep the style consistent.

  5. Implementation and final files
Final deliverables and files are sent within 3 working days after the last payment.

You receive 3–5 different logo concepts. One is selected and refined into the final version.

The number of revision rounds is flexible – we work until both sides are satisfied.
The only condition: once a stage is approved, we don’t go back to previous versions unless additional work is agreed for an extra fee.

A cohesive business identity is a consistent and harmonious brand image that appears across all communication channels and touchpoints. It’s more than a logo or colours – it’s the full set of visual, verbal and emotional elements that create a clear, recognisable and trustworthy brand personality.

It includes the logo, colour palette, typography, graphic elements, tone of voice, social media and website design, packaging, business cards and all other contact points. A cohesive identity makes your brand easy to recognise, builds trust and reinforces a professional image.

  1. Corporate identity: business cards, letterheads, brochures, notebooks, folders, email signatures, vehicle graphics, etc.
  2. Conference, event and exhibition materials: roll‑ups, banners, flyers, catalogues, publications, certificates, gift bags and vouchers, exhibition stands, tents and more.
  3. Social media visuals package:
1 Facebook/LinkedIn cover + 1 event cover template + 4 post templates based on your topics + up to 5 Instagram highlight icons + a 9‑post grid sketch.
  4. Unique website / e‑shop design.
  5. Photoshoot recommendations: for personal brand, team, services and products – tailored for website and social media.
  6. Consultations on brand, visual identity and website design.
  7. Other design and print materials as needed.
